Our local Royal Apricot is tangier than its Turkish cousin that, dipped in 60% dark chocolate serves as the perfect sweet- sour combination.
For this lovely treat we use a blend of sundried Royal Apricot and Peach from the Piekenierskloof mountains. We use just the fruit without adding any sugar. Very simple, but very tasty! Great to boost energy levels on a bike, a hike or as a 3 pm pick-me-up!
